Early intervention services help infants and toddlers with disabilities or delays to learn many key skills and catch up in their development

Parent’s involvement
Parents are made part of all therapy sessions. Usually the 6th session of every month is taken up by parent where therapist works indirectly and facilitates the sessions.

Dedicated guidance
Parents are encouraged to ask, enquire and discuss. Parent-therapist meeting is held every month to discuss goals achieved and goals to be achieved.

Active

The child is made to be an active participant during therapy. All the activities are executed by child.

Intervention Therapy
One–on-One session and group therapy sessions are planned for children with developmental and emotional issues. Individualised plan is decided depending on needs and diagnosis. The plan is divided into short term and long term goals. The goals are decided after a detailed analysis and assessment. Family and parental involvement is ensured during the Individualised education and learning planning. The broad objective is to enable the family /parents to take over the intervention programme and make the child functional

Early Intervention

Psychological Assessment
Assessment process at Enablemind is means of gathering critical information about your child’s development. The methods used to gather information includes observation of the child (group and one-on-one), case intake session and interviews with the family, checklists, informal test and standardized formal test measures. The information obtained through assessment procedures will aid in proper diagnosis and identifying the child as eligible for developmental intervention

Workshop
Experiential learning, Videos, game /activity based theme are used to conduct training and orientation for teachers and parents. The topics covered are identification of children with learning disability, ADHD, Autism and developmental disabilities. The interactive sessions on understating children and management of their behavioral concerns inside structured and unstructured environment aim at creating awareness.

Training and Career
Workshop and interactive sessions on soft skills like time management, stress management, personality development, and communication skills for middle and high school children.
